All Teams Confirmed Camps for The AFCON 2023 | Confirmed Camps for National Teams ahead of AFCON 2023: The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially announced that the Black Stars will set up their training camp in Johannesburg, South Africa in preparation for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) next year.

According to the official statement released by the football federation, the team is expected to begin their training camp on Sunday, December 31.

During this period, the Black Stars should undergo around ten days of training and intense preparation in Johannesburg before leaving for Ivory Coast to participate in the CAN championship.

The decision to hold a training camp in South Africa shows the strategic plans and preparations being made by the Ghana national team as they gear up for the African football tournament. Football fans are impatiently awaiting the performance of the Black Stars during the next CAN 2023.

• Algeria: The Desert Foxes will head to Togo for their training sessions.
• Mali: The team has constructed its own facility for training in Mali.
• Angola, DR Congo, Burkina Faso, Nigeria: These teams have chosen the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as their pre-tournament training destination.
• Guinea Bissau: Will undergo preparations in Mali.
• Namibia: The Brave Warriors will be based in Ghana for their training camp.
• Zambia: The national team will prepare for the tournament in Saudi Arabia.
• Egypt and Tanzania: Both teams have opted to camp in Egypt.
• Senegal: The Lions of Teranga will conduct their pre-tournament training in Senegal.
• South Africa: Bafana Bafana will prepare for the competition on home soil.
